Deutschland: Rechtsanspruch auf Internetzugang für Betriebsrat

Das Landesarbeitsgericht Berlin-Bandenburg hat in einer aktuellen Entscheidung beschlossen, daß ein Arbeitgeber in Deutschland einem Betriebsrat nach § 40 Abs 2 BetrVG zur Erfüllung seiner betriebsrätlichen Pflichten einen Internetzugang zur Verfügung stellen muss. Dies allerdings unter der Bedingung, daß dieser Zugang nicht mit unverhältnismäßig hohen Kosten verbunden ist.
